Olympic Weightlifting Workshop
 
Full-day, hands-on workshop intended for novice athletes with less than 6-months experience performing the competition lifts. The focus of this workshop is learning and identifying the key positions needed to perform the Snatch and Clean & Jerk including the Hang and Power variations. Attendees will learn and demonstrate the basic skills need to safely and effectively perform the lifts, as well as the proper warm-up, movement sequence, and error correction needed to progress beyond the novice level.

Overtraining and Recovery Seminar
Half-day seminar (primarily lecture) intended for serious athletes, and those that train like athletes, or those who want to develop a better understanding of overtraining and recovery techniques. Attendees will learn the symptoms, underlying mechanisms, and diagnosis of overtraining syndrome and have the opportunity to practice the latest recovery and regeneration techniques to prevent overtraining from ever occurring in the first place.


You will be able to apply the knowledge, experience, and techniques discussed at these events immediately into your own training program.
